CIT empowers caregivers and youth to build household resilience through savings groups, vocational training, and climate-smart agriculture. Between 2022 and 2024, 1,510 savings groups with 15,855 members mobilized over USD 1.15 million, providing access to small loans and financial literacy. More than 48,000 individuals were trained in entrepreneurship and business skills, resulting in 18,765 new businesses and improved household income. To strengthen food security, 15,771 households adopted climate-smart farming practices, while 14,529 learned post-harvest handling techniques, leading to up to 40 percent increases in crop yields and improved dietary diversity. These integrated efforts reduce vulnerability to economic shocks and enhance child well-being.
